On December 9, 2009, the City of Oceanside sent an RFP for Consulting Services for Developing a Future Solid Waste RFP & Feasibility Study for Infrastructure Needs to multiple Consulting Firms.  In addition to these mailings, the City is interested in posting this RFP in any available databases for Solid Waste professionals to ensure that all interested consulting firms have the opportunity to submit a bid.  Please note a Pre-Proposal conference is scheduled for January 6th in Oceanside (time to be determined) as well as the due date for proposals is January 28th.  I have attached a copy of the RFP as well as sample Professional Services Agreement.
